About Us

Founded in 2000 by Patrick Dean and Pete Kloppenburg, Tribal Communications has grown from a dynamic duo to a vibrant team of highly experienced communication and business professionals. Every member of the team, from the intern, to the project coordinator, to the head creative adds value to our service and helps to ensure our clients achieve their goals every time.

Pete

Partner

As the resident nerd at Tribal, Pete can be counted on to derail just about any brainstorming session with a discourse on findings from the latest Harvard Business Review. Fortunately he is also able to put his swarm of theoretical odds and ends to productive use as Tribal’s creative lead, leading the charge on messaging and positioning projects and the creation of sales readiness tools and sales collateral.

Pat

Partner

Being the sales lead for a company that specializes in helping other companies sell more effectively means that Pat is perhaps under more pressure to perform than most sales representatives. His knack for landing new clients without ever appearing to actually sell has been the subject of intense scrutiny and research at Tribal.

Sagar

Finance & Operations Manager

Hailing from Kenya, Sagar (or Sagi as we like to call him) came to North America to study Management & Marketing at Georgia State University and later moved to Canada where he graduated with a degree in Management & Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.

Rachel

Rachel joined Tribal Communications eager to become part of a culture based on collaboration and rigorous thought. With dedication and a commitment to quality and accuracy that borders on obsessive, she has since proven to be a valuable member of our creative team.

From there Hoai made the jump to the private sector where she continued to hone her research and analytical skills at Starbucks, Microsoft, and Lexicon Branding.
